AvenueWest Ranks Second on Denver Business Journal’s 2021 Fast 50 List

Denver-based corporate housing franchise company is recognized as one of the region’s fastest growing businesses following exceptional revenue growth during fiscal years 2018-2020

DENVER – October 20, 2021 –  AvenueWest Global Franchise, a partner for property investors and the corporate housing community, today announced the organization’s inclusion in the Denver Business Journal’s Fast 50 list for 2021, coming in as the second fastest growing private company amidst companies of similar size. This recognition underscores the Denver-based company’s rapid revenue growth over the last three years, and emphasizes the increased opportunities for corporate housing franchises across the United States.

“I am thrilled that the Denver Business Journal and business leaders in the region recognize the ingenuity and success of all in the AvenueWest family who worked incredibly hard to sustain growth for our business amid a difficult downturn for the corporate housing market,” said AvenueWest owner and CEO Angela Healy. “As corporate relocation and business travel continue to make a strong comeback, we only expect increased revenue growth moving forward, and it is our mission to continue to support our current franchise owners across the country, mentor our new franchise owners that are growing their businesses and ensure all guests feel safe and comfortable in our fully furnished residential properties.”

Denver Business Journal’s 2021 Fast 50 recognizes the region’s fastest-growing companies based on revenue from 2018 to 2020. The list is a ranking of privately held companies based on percentage of growth in annual revenue for the past three fiscal years. Companies are grouped into categories based on annual reported gross revenues which are verified by independent accounting firm RSM.

Today’s announcement comes on the heels of AvenueWest’s recent recognition as the 435th fastest-growing private company, and 15th fastest-growing real estate business, in the United States by Inc Magazine and the launch of a new website designed specifically for potential franchise owners looking to learn more about AvenueWest franchising.
